Abi has grown up so much since the last time I posted on the blog. She is now 15 months old!
She almost weighs 16 lbs. She still wears 6-9, and some 12 month clothes. She still fits into some clothes marked 3 month!
Our biggest milestone this last month was walking. She's been walking for 2 weeks now. With walking came awful tantrums. She has decided that this gets my attention along with head banging. We are going to stop that really quick. This is when good parenting really comes into play so I have been doing some research but found with her that leaving the room and ignoring the tantrum works best. When she is done with her tantrum I act as if nothing happened at all. This is a trial and I will see if I can find a better way. I am open to any suggestions.
Abi has learned some new words. She says....momma, dadda, baby, tank, bird, duck, thanks and all done.
She loves climbing the stairs, horses, bouncing a ball, Tank, airplaines, birds, putting on "pretty" (chapstick), laundry (putting clothes in and out of the laundry basket), her stroller, and just being outside.
Her favorite foods are chili, carnation goodstart, PB Cherios, yogurt, chips, noodles, fries, and chicken nuggets.
She hates her clothes and diapers, shoes.
We are still nursing, she is eating better and now drinking from juice boxes and water bottles with the pop top so I'm hoping to wean her soon. She still is not eating as we would like so this may be a challenge.
Here are some pictures from this past month....
Gardener Village...
This one is a very cute moment I captured between Abi and Tank when I opened the blinds. :) Love!
First trip to the Zoo. I think she loved watching all of the little kids more than the animals. She and Brynley are going to be such good pals.
My nieces and nephews and Bryn at the zoo.
My sister in law, Rachel and the kids on the train. I think Abi got a bit scared.
Abi's second hair cut. We had to fix a bang situation :) Oh Matt. Lol.
I will allways request this lady. She did such a great job and just look how it turned out.
I think Abi knew she totally looked adorable! Just look at these faces.
I love the fluffy look.
This top is a 3 month top! :)
Fun fun fun!
